Both are strong platforms. The better fit usually depends on your ERP landscape, how unified you want the application to be, and who will run it day to day.

OneStream XF tends to fit when

You want one application for every CPM process.

  • You run several ERPs, or expect acquisitions to add more.
  • Close, planning and reconciliation should share one model and one workflow.
  • Finance wants to extend the platform with its own dashboards and solutions.
  • You are consolidating a complex group with many entities and currencies.

Oracle EPM Cloud tends to fit when

You are standardising on Oracle across finance.

  • Oracle Fusion ERP is, or will be, your general ledger.
  • You prefer to adopt modules one at a time on a vendor-managed SaaS.
  • You already have Hyperion or Essbase skills in house.
  • Regular vendor-delivered updates suit your change process.
Can you take over an application another partner built?

Yes. We start with a short health check of the application, its rules, integrations and documentation, then agree a support plan and a list of quick fixes before the next close.

Do you offer fixed-price engagements?

For well-scoped work such as health checks, version upgrades and single-module rollouts, yes. Larger implementations usually start with a paid discovery phase, after which we can fix the price of the build.

How do you work across time zones?

We agree core overlap hours with your team at the start and plan extra cover around close days, go-live and quarter-end, when fast answers matter most.

Can you support us during month-end only?

Yes. Close-cycle support is a common starting point: named consultants on call during your close window, with a monthly allowance for enhancements in between.
